Plaid Again Design Co. is an online marketplace started by Oakland-based artist/designer Gordon Eckler to share work with the world. All products have been designed in Oakland and made in the SF Bay Area (unless otherwise noted).

The name Plaid Again came from a blogspot page I started back in 2007. I was traveling a ton at the time so my roommate suggested starting a blog to share travel photos with family and friends (note: Facebook wasn't a known thing yet). All I needed was a name for the page. I thought about it for a whole 2 minutes, looked over at my closet and thought, "well... it looks like I'm gonna wear plaid again." Typed the name in and called it a day. Since then, Plaid Again has been the name of two blogs, a screen printing business (RIP), every social handle I've ever had, and now an e-commerce site.
